Terms of Service for Haventra

1. Introduction

Welcome to Haventra, your trusted partner providing legal services for real estate agents under the domain haventra.vip.

Our office is located at Al Hamra Tower, Suite 2302, 2201 Arabian Gulf Street, Sharq, Kuwait City 13001, Kuwait.

2. Scope of Services

These terms apply to three categories of offerings provided by Haventra: professional services, information products, and tangible goods.

2.1 Professional Legal Services

Haventra offers personalized legal consultations, document preparation, and representation support exclusively for real estate agents. Services are scheduled upon agreement and invoiced in advance.

Scheduling Adjustments

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment at least 48 hours before the agreed time. Approved changes will be accommodated based on availability, and previously paid amounts will be credited toward the new date.

Reimbursement Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full reimbursement via the original payment channel. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior incur a 25% administrative fee. Once a session has commenced, no reimbursement is available in recognition of time and expertise allocated.

2.2 Information Products

This category includes digital guides, templates, and instructional materials designed for the needs of real estate professionals.

Reimbursement Policy

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days. Purchases fully accessed are not eligible.

2.3 Tangible Goods

Printed manuals and physical templates tailored for real estate transactions.

Reimbursement Policy

Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. To initiate this process, contact us via the Contact Form. Items must be unused and in original condition. Once received and inspected, reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days. Delivery charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Haventra collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver services. We comply with applicable privacy regulations and do not share personal details with third parties without consent.

4. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on haventra.vip.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes will be resolved in Kuwaiti courts.
